Here at Flat frog towers the team have been flat out of late. but a project we are all excited about is the short feature we are making for the ‘thanks initiative’ called ‘Behind the Hijab’.
The Hijab has become a symbol of oppression. the media loves to present it as symbolic of male servitude. but wearing he Hijab is the womans choice in most countries.
The film meets muslim women who tell us their story of the Hijab, the connection they have with it. the persecution they have received because of it and reason they wear it.
Its looking like a wonderful film filled with emotional personal journeys. more to follow ..
