You do not have to attend the shoot, but you are more than welcome to do so! We have a beautiful green room that is fitted out with a coffee machine, TV and WIFI. So, you can either kick back or get to work! It’s a great opportunity to be on hand to direct the shoot, or if you can’t make it we can send you a remote link to view instantaneously.

You can either drop them off to our Chesham studio, arrange a courier if you have a large quantity, or just send it directly to us.

Please bare in mind that you will need to send your items at least 3 days before your shoot to ensure they get to us in time. If the postman can’t deliver your items and we need to collect, we usually have to collect the next day which could cut into your photoshoot. We will contact you to let you know your items have been collected.

If you have a large amount of items, due to this, you will need to arrange a courier for collection. If there is a smaller amount we can return via special delivery (insured) and trackable. This will be added to your invoice.

Yes we can! Because our photographers are extremely creative, they can come up with some interesting and beautiful gifs for your social media. Or if you haven’t heard, we make Cinemagraphs!

We frequently get asked about the sizes of our mannequins, and why wouldn’t you? You need to know the size to ensure your garments are the perfect fit! Our female invisible mannequin is a typical size 8 and male invisible mannequin is a Small.

We open at 9:30am – 5:30am

Yes! We do have some props here at the studio, it depends what you need! We have a multitude of colorama rolls for your back drops, but if you require a particular colour we can order them in. If you need any other props, we can source these for you or you’re welcome to bring props in yourself.

Yes! If you’re looking to have a Live Model shoots, we work with an amazing agency that can match a model to your collection. You’ll have a link sent to you when you book with us, and you’ll be able to scour the models portfolios. Or if you’re having trouble finding a model, you can contact the Director and speak with her about your specific needs and requirements.

Yes! We work with some of the best make up artists in the country! If you need one, we can provide one!

The cost will depend on your photoshoot! We offer a variety of services and every shoot is different and unique to you. So please contact us today for a revised quote!

Our turnaround time is usually 5-7 working days. However, this time may be longer or shorter depending on the quantity of items.

If you are not precise with what you’re looking to get photographed, our charges may increase. This could be due to volume of items, type of garments not described properly. When you send us your brief, please provide us with as much detail as you can. So we can give you the best price available.

Our usage is unlimited for you to use for whatever you wish. Usage rights are granted when final payment is made. Until full payment is made, Flat Frog have full ownership of the photos.
